LaunchLeft began as a destination for established artists to support emerging artists who may be overlooked by conventional and commercial gatekeepers. In time, the vision grew and LaunchLeft became both sanctuary for, and curator of, artistic expression that defies the mainstream paradigm.

At LaunchLeft, we reject the commodification of creativity, recognizing how artists are often valued based on their social media presence, follower count, and ability to be competitive. This unfortunate reality often sidelines art that truly challenges, inspires, and sparks new ways of thinking. We created a platform to change that.

1. Music Label: A platform which promotes, distributes, and supports new artists in the music industry.

2. Podcast: Our podcast offers intimate and authentic conversations and creates space for established artists to shout out new and upcoming talent.

3. Curatorial Destination: A one stop shop to discover new left-of-center artists, who challenge the status quo and bring new sound and vision to our lives.

The name "LaunchLeft" encapsulates our belief that left is not inherently political and instead symbolizes a deviation from an overly commercial center. The name represents our commitment to providing a platform where artists who don't fit into that conventional center can find a home.
